It’s going to ruin an unspoilt part of the countryside unnecessarily, this is also unfair to Alton residents who are already being pinched by lack of infrastructure and resources

You can't just keep building houses when nothing whatsoever is being improved with respect to local infrastructure. More and more people but the same number of Doctors surgery's, ambulances, schools, fire engines etc (we haven't even got a police station anymore). That's apart from destroying even more countryside.

The proposed site is unspoilt, fertile agricultural land. This beautiful greenfield site will be an eyesore on the landscape on the entrance to the historic town of Alton and the South Downs National Park.
